Sub-Contractor & Vendor Information

Thank you for considering us for your project! At America City Construction LLC, we prioritize safety and efficiency on every job site. Therefore, we require all contractors and vendors whose employees will be working with us to possess and maintain the necessary licenses and insurance coverage before commencing any work. 

Please refer to the list below for the required documents, and kindly submit them to America City Construction LLC.

• Certificate of Insurance (COI) w/ ACC LLC as additional insured and must have workers comp (required)
• South Carolina Trades License 
• Municipality Business License(s) 
• Contractor Agreement (fill out the form below to receive)
• W-9

America City Construction LLC must be listed as an 'ADDITIONAL INSURED ' on your insurance policy and listed on the Certificate of Insurance (COI):

*Certificates of Insurance must be up to date at all times; send, or have sent, an updated COI upon each new policy or renewal*

All Contractors and Subcontractors must complete and sign a Contractor Agreement prior to any tradesmen being permitted on site. 

*This is required by our insurance carrier and is not negotiable*

Workers comp is required for any sub-contractors who will have employees PHYSICALLY working on any job-site.

*No exceptions* 

Contractors and Subcontractors must carry a current South Carolina trades license.

Have a current Business License in which-ever municipality the project is located.

(example: City of Charleston Business License).  

* Please provide us with proof of each license. *

Submit a signed/dated W-9.  

Please attach a remittance address (if different from business address).

General liability is required for all vendors who provide a SERVICE including professional services (such as architects, engineers, and attorneys).
